The Office of Materials Technology maintains a listing of Qualified Bituminous Plants approved to supply asphalt mixtures to Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) construction projects. Qualified Bituminous Plants are those which have met all Section 915 specifications and SHA policy requirements. Bituminous plants approved to produce Warm Mix Asphalt (WMA) with mechanical foaming systems are also noted below.
