Maryland Standard Method of Test (MSMT), Laboratory and Field Procedures

This manual is published as a reference and guide to be used in conjunction with the Maryland State Highway Administration's (SHA) Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials and Book of Standards, Highway and Incidental Structures. The purpose of this manual is to provide laboratory and project personnel with detailed descriptions and procedures for materials sampling and testing. Hard copies of this manual are no longer being printed and updates will only be available online at this location.
