These lists are issued to provide source of materials that have been qualified by the State Highway Administration for use on State Projects. It is intended primarily as a reference for source of supply approval and does not imply that materials can be used on Maryland SHA projects without regard for normal quality assurance testing and procedures.

Each item listed herein has undergone a prescribed procedure for submitting, testing, and approval. Procedures for approval are listed with each material category and further clarification is available upon request.

When a product is approved or other corrections made an updated copy of the qualified list will be posted online. Refer to the date at the bottom of the list to discern when the specific list was last updated.

Questions concerning each list should be directed to the appropriate manager. Please see the related qualified process for contact information.
