Complete the As-Built Plan Research Request Form (ZIP, 230kb) and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Clearly mark a location map showing the extent or milepoints of your area of interest and the surrounding region. You may also fax this form to 410-209-5001. We answer requests within 7 to 10 business days.
