In recent months, local residents and elected officials have expressed concerns regarding pedestrian safety along US 40 (Pulaski Highway), particularly between Chesaco Avenue and Todds Lane in the Rosedale area of Baltimore County.  In response to those concerns, the State Highway Administration is conducting a study for this area.  The intersections of Lorraine avenue and Batavia Farm Road have been studied in detail.
The Informational Meeting will acquaint the public with the study and formally present the results of the detailed engineering analysis.  As part of the meeting, the study team will provide and opportunity for interested individuals, associations, and civic groups to offer input and provide comments on possible safety enhancements.  A presentation will be given at 6:30 p.m.  Receiving your comments and feedback is an important step in overall selection of improvements proposed for US 40 between Chesaco Avenue and Todds Lane.
