(May 3, 2013) – Tomorrow, the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) will re-open the ramp from Frederick Road (MD 144) to southbound I-695 (Baltimore Beltway outer loop) in Catonsville by 12 noon.

Motorists traveling on Frederick Road on Saturday morning should look ahead for crews and equipment moving through the interchange area to set the new traffic pattern and re-open the ramp.

The ramp has been closed since mid-January as crews continue demolition of the existing Frederick Road Bridge and construction of a new bridge.

SHA’s contractor for the project is American Infrastructure, Inc. of Fallston.

Citizens who have questions about construction work on I-695, Frederick Road or any other State highway in Baltimore or Harford counties may contact SHA’s District 4 Office in Hunt Valley at 410-229-2420, toll-free at 1-866-998-0367 or by e-mail: shadistrict4@sha.state.md.us
