Major Weekend Lane Closures

Anne Arundel County

• Inner loop of I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) ramp to southbound MD 10 (Arundel Expressway) – Concrete patching – Ramp closure and local detour beginning 6 a.m. Saturday until 5 a.m. Monday.

Baltimore County

 

• Southbound MD 147 (Harford Road) ramp to the outer loop of I-695 and the outer loop ramp to southbound MD 147– Pipe crossing as part of interchange reconstruction – Ramp closure and local detour beginning 9 p.m. Sunday until 5 a.m. Monday.

Montgomery County

 

• Southbound MD 355 (Wisconsin Avenue) between Cordell Avenue and Battery Lane - Commercial crane operation - Double right lane closure Saturday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

• MD 97 (Georgia Avenue) at US 29 (Colesville Road) - Utility conduit work - Double lane closures in each directions Saturday and Sunday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.

• MD 147 (Harford Road) at Glen Arm Road/Mt. Vista Road – Roundabout construction – Mt. Vista Road leg of intersection is closed and detoured.  The detour is Sunshine Avenue to US 1 (Belair Road.) 

 

Cecil County

 

• MD 222 Bridge over Rock Run – Bridge replacement – Re-opened.

 

Dorchester County

 

• Woods Road closed north of MD 16 (Church Creek Road) – Roundabout construction – The detour is US 50 to MD 16. 

 

Montgomery County

 

• MD 195 (Carroll Avenue) between Jefferson Avenue and Flower Avenue (MD 195 Bridge over Sligo Creek and Parkway) - Bridge rehabilitation – Bridge to closed and traffic detoured for one year. 

 

Wicomico County

 

• MD 349 (Nanticoke Road) Bridge over Windsor Creek - Bridge replacement – Bridge closed and detoured.

• MD 273 (Telegraph Road) at Appleton Road – Roundabout construction – Single lane closures with a flagging operation 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Frederick County

• US 40 Alternate (Main Street) between Ivy Hill Drive and Middletown Parkway – Streetscape project – Single lane closures with a flagging operation Mondays through Fridays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

 

Prince George’s County

 

• MD 704 (Martin Luther King Jr. Highway) between Hill Road and Greenleaf Road – Resurfacing – Single lane closures Mondays through Saturdays 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. 

 

Wicomico County
