Major Weekend Lane Closures
Anne Arundel County
• Inner loop of I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) ramp to northbound MD 710 (Arundel Expressway) – Concrete patching – Ramp closure and local detour beginning 6 a.m. Saturday until 5 a.m. Monday.
Baltimore County
• Inner loop of I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) at MD 147 (Harford Road) – Bridge work and overhead sign installation as part of interchange reconstruction – Two left lanes to be closed on the outer loop I-695 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Monday.
Howard County
• Northbound I-95 between MD 216 (Scaggsville Road) and MD 32 – Bridge cleaning and painting – Single lane closure at 9 p.m. Sunday until 5 a.m. Monday.
Montgomery County
• MD 97 (Georgia Avenue) at US 29 (Colesville Road) – Commercial project paving (Not SHA) – Double lane closures in each direction Saturday and Sunday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
• I-495 eastbound (inner loop) between exit 31 (MD 97/Georgia Avenue) and exit 38 (I-270 split). Guardrail work. Single left lane closure, overnight, Sunday through Thursday, between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.
• Fairmont Avenue between MD 187 (Old Georgetown Road) and Norfolk Avenue. Commercial crane operation. Flagging operation with sidewalk closures, Sat. 3/4 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. (inclement weather date is Sat. 3/11).
Prince George’s County
• Northbound I-95 (Outer loop of I-495) at Suitland Parkway – Bridge deck (driving surface) repairs – Beginning Sunday at 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. each night until complete.
Total Closures with Detours
Baltimore County
• MD 147 (Harford Road) at Glen Arm Road/Mt. Vista Road – Roundabout construction – Mt. Vista Road leg of intersection is closed and detoured. The detour is Sunshine Avenue to US 1 (Belair Road.)
Dorchester County
• Woods Road closed north of MD 16 (Church Creek Road) – Roundabout construction – The detour is US 50 to MD 16.
Montgomery County
• MD 195 (Carroll Avenue) between Jefferson Avenue and Flower Avenue (MD 195 Bridge over Sligo Creek and Parkway) - Bridge rehabilitation – Bridge to closed and traffic detoured for one year.
Queen Anne’s County
• MD 18 (Main Street) Drawbridge over Kent Narrows – Routine metal repairs – Bridge to close for one month – should open by beginning of April. US 50 is detour.
Wicomico County
• MD 349 (Nanticoke Road) Bridge over Windsor Creek - Bridge replacement – Bridge closed and detoured.

Montgomery County
• Northbound MD 97 (Georgia Avenue) at Randolph Road – Bridge steel beam setting - Double lane closures Wednesday and Thursday (3/8 and 3/9) from 10 p.m. until 4 a.m.
Prince George's County
• US 1 (Baltimore Avenue) from Campus Drive to Lakeland Road. Roadway joint repair. Single northbound and southbound left lane closures, Weds. 3/8 and Thurs. 3/9 between 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Queen Anne’s County
• US 301 (Blue Star Memorial Highway) at MD 304 (Ruthsburg Road) – Setting structural steel for new interchange – Single lane closures and temporary total, brief stoppages Monday through Fridays between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. through mid-March.
Talbot County
• US 50 (Ocean Gateway) between east of Backtown Road and Timberwind Lane – Emergency pipe repair – Traffic switch to a bidirectional traffic pattern until late-March. Click here for more information and a diagram of the proposed traffic configuration.
Washington County
• I-81 between the bridge over the Potomac River and MD 63/MD 68 (Lappans Road) – Highway widening and bridge rehabilitation project– Single left lane closures between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Sundays through Fridays.
Wicomico County
• Southbound US 13 ramp to southbound 13/eastbound US 50 (Salisbury Bypass) - Bridge rehabilitation project– Traffic pattern change/bidirectional traffic using median for bridge deck project.
