Major Weekend Lane Closures

Anne Arundel County

• Inner loop of I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) ramp MD 648 (Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard) - Concrete patching – Ramp closure for saw-cutting Saturday from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. and concrete pour and cure Sunday from 10 a.m. until 5 a.m. Monday.
 
Baltimore County

• Southbound MD 147 (Harford Road) ramp to the outer loop I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) and the outer loop I-695 ramp to southbound MD 147– Curb/gutter work/Interchange reconstruction – Ramp closures and detour beginning at 9 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Saturday.

Montgomery County

• MD 355 (Rockville Pike) between Wilson Drive and Woodmont Avenue - Montgomery County Crossing Project clearing and curb work - Single and double left and right lane closures in each direction beginning Friday at 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Monday.

• Inner loop of I-495 (Capital Beltway) between MD 190 (River Road) and Seminary Road (near MD 185) – Resurfacing and Guardrail installation – Single, double and triple lane closures Sundays through Fridays at 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.

• MD 650 (New Hampshire Avenue) between MD 108 (Olney-Sandy Spring Road) and Tucker Lane – Pavement patching – Single lane closures Sundays through Friday between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Prince George’s County

• Eastbound US 50 (John Hansen Highway) ramp to southbound MD 202 (Landover Road) and southbound MD 202 ramp to eastbound US 50 - Ramp resurfacing - Ramp closure and detours beginning 9p.m. Friday until 12 noon Saturday and Monday from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. Tuesday.
 
• Inner and outer loops (north and southbound I-95) of I-95/I-495 (Capital Beltway) between MD 337 (Allentown Road) and MD 4 (Pennsylvania Avenue) – Shoulder construction/Interchange work – Single and double lane closure in each direction Sundays through Fridays from 7 p.m. until to 5:00 a.m.

• MD 500 (Queens Chapel Road) between MD 208 (Hamilton Street) and MD 410 (East West Highway) – Urban reconstruction/streetscape project/concrete work - Single lane closures Mondays through Saturdays from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.

• MD 201 (Kenilworth Avenue) between 48th Street and Riverdale Road – Resurfacing – Single lane closures Sundays through Thursdays between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.

• MD 704 (Martin Luther King Jr. Highway) between Hill Road to Greenleaf Road - Resurfacing -  Single lane closures, Mondays through Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and double lane closures Sundays through Thursdays from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

• MD 147 (Harford Road) at Glen Arm Road/Mt. Vista Road – Roundabout construction – Mt. Vista Road leg of intersection is closed and detoured.  The detour is Sunshine Avenue to US 1 (Belair Road.) 
 
Dorchester County
 
• Eastbound MD 16 (Church Creek Road) to close at Woods Road. Woods Road closed south of MD 16 (Church Creek Road) – Roundabout construction – The detour is US 50 to MD 16. 
 
Montgomery County
 
• MD 195 (Carroll Avenue) between Jefferson Avenue and Flower Avenue (MD 195 Bridge over Sligo Creek and Parkway) - Bridge rehabilitation – Bridge to closed and traffic detoured until early June.

• Inner loop and Outer loop of I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) between MD 147 (Harford Road) and MD 41 (Perring Parkway) – Paving operations/Interchange reconstruction – Double lane closures Sundays through Thursdays between 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. each morning.
 
• Southbound I-95 on the Bridge over the Patapsco River (Baltimore/Howard County line) – Bridge deck (driving surface) sealing – Single and double lane closures Sundays through Thursdays between 7 p.m. until 5 a.m.
 
Caroline/Queen Anne’s/Talbot counties
 
• MD 404 (Queen Anne Highway/Shore Highway) between US 50 (Ocean Gateway) and MD 309 (Starr Road) and MD 480 (Ridgely Road) and the Denton Bypass – Highway widening – Single lane closures with flagging operations possible in each direction of MD 404 Saturday and Sunday between 4 a.m. and 12 noon.  
 
Montgomery County
 
• MD 190 (River Road) between MD 614 (Goldsboro Road) and the Washington D.C. line -  Resurfacing – Single lane closures Sundays through Fridays between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.  Crews will begin final paving on Monday night (weather/temperature permitting.)  Project should be complete early-June.

• Outer loop of I-495 (Capital Beltway) Bridge over Northwest Branch -  Bridge repair – Single lane closures Mondays through Fridays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.  Project should be complete mid-June.

• MD 187 (Old Georgetown Road) between Johnson Lane and Sonoma Drive -  Roadway widening – Single and double lane closures Mondays through Fridays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. 
 
Prince George’s County

• MD 704 (Dr. Martin Luther King Highway) between Forbes Road and MD 450 (Annapolis Road) -  Highway sign installation – Single lane closures Mondays through Fridays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. 
 
Queen Anne’s County
 
• US 301 (Blue Star Memorial Highway) at MD 304 (Ruthsburg Road) – Interchange construction –  Median J-turn (westbound MD 304 to southbound US 301) to close at 6 a.m. Monday until 12 noon June 5th. 
 
• US 50/US 301 (Blue Star Memorial Highway) between MD 8 (Romancoke Road) to the Kent Narrow Bridge - Resurfacing – Single and double lane closures Sunday through Fridays between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.
 
Wicomico County
 
• MD 346 (Old Ocean City Road) between Rounds Road and the Worcester County line - Resurfacing – Single lane closures with a flagging operation weekdays between 9 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
 
Worcester County
 
• Eastbound US 50 (Ocean Gateway) Bridge over Herring Creek – Bridge deck overlay – Single lane closures weekdays between 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.  Overlay to be complete by Memorial Day.
