The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration is suspending all non-emergency lane closures Friday, September 1 until Tuesday, September 5. There is a planned I-95/Woodrow Wilson Drawbridge opening to allow a large Coast Guard Cutter to pass. Bridge opening times are listed below.
Monday, September 4:
Eagle arrives by passing through the Woodrow Wilson Bridge at approximately 8:00 a.m. Friday.
Long-Term Closures
Baltimore County
• MD 147 (Harford Road) at Glen Arm Road/Mt. Vista Road – Roundabout construction –Glen Arm Road is closed and detoured.
Charles County
• MD 234 (Budds Creek Road) Bridge over Gilbert Swamp Run – Bridge replacement – Single lane closure guided by a temporary traffic signal until spring 2018.
Dorchester County
• MD 14 (Rhodesdale-Eldorado Road) Bridge over Marshyhope Creek (Brookview Bridge) Cleaning/Painting/general repairs - Single lane closures and flagging across the bridge from sunrise to sunset.
Frederick County
• MD 194 (Woodsboro Pike) Bridge over Little Pipe Creek (at the Carroll County line) – Bridge replacement project –Bridge closed for 10 weeks for expedited replacement on June 17 until September 4, 2017.
Wicomico County
• Southbound US 13 ramp/bridge to the eastbound/southbound Salisbury Bypass – Bridge/ramp rehabilitation – Total closure and detour until early September to expedite the work.

Anne Arundel County
• US 50 between MD 70 (Rowe Boulevard) and MD 2 (Ritchie Highway) (Severn River Bridge) – Lane widening on bridge – Single lane closures in either direction Sunday nights through Friday mornings between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Baltimore County
• Southbound MD 129 (Park Heights Avenue) between MD 133 (Old Court Road) and Baltimore City line (BGE project) – BGE Gas line replacement project – Single lane closures Mondays through Fridays between 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Caroline/Queen Anne’s/Talbot counties
• MD 404 (Queen Anne Highway/Shore Highway) between US 50 (Ocean Gateway) and MD 309 (Starr Road) and MD 480 (Ridgely Road) and the Denton Bypass – Highway widening – Single lane closures with flagging operations possible in each direction of MD 404 12 noon Mondays until 12 noon Fridays.
Frederick County
• MD 464 (Point of Rocks Road) between US 15 and the Catoctin Creek Bridge – Resurfacing – Single lane closures guided by a flagging operation Mondays through Fridays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Montgomery County
• MD 97 (Georgia Avenue) at Randolph Road - Interchange construction - Single lane closures in both directions of both roads, Mondays through Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and Sundays through Friday mornings between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
• Northbound MD 355 (Frederick Road) at Chestnut Street - Water utility work - Single left lane closure – Wednesday and Thursday (8/23 and 8/24) between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.
