Notice of Intent (NOI) Application

MDOT SHA projects with a limit of disturbance (LOD) of one acre and greater are required to obtain a permit for coverage under the General Permit for Stormwater Discharge Associated with Construction Activity, otherwise known as Maryland General Permit No. 20-CP. As part of that process, documents must be prepared and submitted to the Highway Hydraulics Division liaison for the project. The application and related files are contained in the zip file linked below.
