The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) allows businesses providing food, gasoline, lodging and camping to place signs for the type of service they offer to the traveling public through approved specific signing.

Please follow the guidelines below to obtain a sign:

• Read the information in the on-line Logo Brochure.
• If you meet all the qualifications, fill out the Specific Services Signing (Logo) Application.
• Specific Services Signing (Logo) Application
• Fill out all necessary information on the application (Important: Incomplete applications cannot be considered).
• After completing the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the application.
• A copy of the completed form, attached as a PDF, will be sent to the email addresses provided and to the Logos Team.

You will be notified when you application is approved or denied and directed how to proceed.
