• If you are bidding for $100,000 or more, you must provide a bid security of 5% of the total bid amount. Submit payment in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check or cash. If your firm is the low bidder, you must submit a Performance and Payment Bond of 100% of the bid amount to execute the contract.
