The reports posted on this page are from research projects in which MDOT SHA was the primary sponsor and State Planning and Research (SPR) Part 2 funds were utilized. Electronic copies of research reports completed since 2000 are available. Final reports are organized by subject area and can be downloaded in PDF format.

Research Request for Proposals

The MDOT SHA conducts an annual request for proposals based on priority research topics. If you are a researcher at a Maryland Institution of Higher Education in Civil Engineering or another transportation related field and would like to be added to the distribution list, please email your name, title, university affiliation, and email address to [email protected].
