(March 15, 2021) - Weather permitting, the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) will begin repairs to a section of westbound US 50 (John Hanson Highway) over Admiral Drive in Annapolis. This work will take place Monday, March 22 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning. The work was originally scheduled to take place this evening, March 18. One lane will remain open for travel during the work.

Drivers should stay alert for changing traffic patterns while driving through the work zone, which extends on  westbound US 50 between MD 70 (Rowe Boulevard) and the MD 2 South / Jennifer Road exit.

MDOT SHA contractor Team Cam Services of Linthicum is performing the work. Portable and overhead variable message signs will provide advance notice of the work to area travelers.
