Daytime Flagging Scheduled Weekdays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
(September 17, 2025) - The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration will mill, patch, and resurface two roadways within the Broadneck Peninsula in Anne Arundel County starting Monday, September 22 and be completed by late-October, weather permitting.
Crews will improve on the following roadways:
- MD 908B (East College Parkway) between MD 931R (Old Cape Saint Claire Road) and MD 908D (Oceanic Drive).
- MD 908D (Oceanic Drive) between MD 908B (East College Parkway) and MD 908C (Skidmore Drive).
Drivers can expect daytime single-lane closures Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. though work hours are subject to change. Motorists should plan extra driving time during the highway improvement project.
The State Highway Administration’s contractor, Reliable Contracting of Gambrills, will use a weekday flagging operation to guide drivers through the work zone.
