***TRAFFIC ALERT*** STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION TO PERFORM MAINTENANCE ON I-695 BRIDGE OVER MD 170 IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY

​Nighttime Lane Closures Begin Tuesday Night, December 16th 

(December 16, 2025) – The Maryland State Highway Administration will perform maintenance at the I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) bridge over MD 170 (Camp Meade Road) and the MTA Light Rail starting at 9 p.m. Tuesday night, December 16.

Crews will reapply joint sealant along the bridge deck overnight between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. weeknights, weather permitting. Portable variable message signs and barrels will be in place to guide drivers through the work zone. Drivers should prepare for single or double lane closures on either the I-695 Outer Loop or Inner Loop through early next week, weather permitting.
