Anne Arundel County

 

• MD 295 (Baltimore -Washington Parkway) at West Nursery Road – Bridge replacement.  Southbound MD 295 and West Nursery Road will be closed overnight beginning at 12 midnight until 4 a.m. Saturday, November 17.  The closure is required to install the new overhead sign.  West Nursery Road over MD 295 will be closed at 10 p.m. Friday, November 16 until 6 a.m. Saturday, November 17 for concrete bridge work.  Posted detours will be in effect.

 

I-97 from I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) to south of MD 174 (Quarterfield Road) - Concrete Patching

 

Beginning Friday, November 16 at 8 p.m., crews will continue patching sections of concrete pavement. All lanes will be open by 5 a.m. Monday, November 19.

 

- Southbound I-97 between I-695 to south of MD 174

 

- Outer loop of I-695 from MD 648 (Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard) to I-97 overpass

 

- Northbound I-97 NB/Inner loop of I-695 Interchange at MD 648 overpass – two left lanes blocked

 

 

Baltimore County

 

• MD 26 (Liberty Road) between Powells Run Road and Liberty Ridge Court – Resurfacing-Single lane closures through Saturday, November 17 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

• Northbound I-795 between I-695 and Owings Mills - Concrete patching

 

Weekdays: Monday – Friday-9 a.m. – 3 p.m. – single lane closures
Weeknights: Sunday – Thursday from 7 p.m. – 5 a.m. the next morning.  If needed, double lane closures after 10 p.m.

 

Montgomery County

 

• I-495 over Northwest Branch - Bridge Rehabilitation Project

SHA will pave the outer loop I-495 (Capital Beltway) over the Northwest Branch Bridge from MD 650 (New Hampshire Avenue) to MD 193 (University Avenue) on Friday, November 16 and Saturday, November 17.   Single lane closures begin at 9 p.m., double left lanes at 10 p.m. and triple lane closures at 11 p.m.  All travel lanes will open by 5 a.m. the next morning each day.

Paving will occur on the inner loop I-495 on Sunday, November 18 at 8 p.m.  Single lane closures begin at 9 p.m., double left lanes at 10 p.m. and triple lane closures at 11 p.m.  All travel lanes will open by 5 a.m. Monday, November 19.

• Northbound MD 355 (Rockville Pike) Bridge over the outer loop of I-495 (Capital Beltway) – Routine bridge inspection.  Double right lane closures on the outer loop I-495 on Sunday, November 18 from 5 a.m. until 10 a.m.

 

Prince George’s County

 

• US 50 (John Hanson Highway) Bridge over I-95/I-495 (Capital Beltway) – Routine bridge inspection.  Double right lane closures on the inner loop (southbound) I-95/I-495 on Sunday, November 18 from 5 a.m. until 12 noon.

• Eastbound MD 193 (Greenbelt Road) from 58th Avenue to 60th Avenue. Concrete bus pad construction. Work begins Friday, November 16 from 8 p.m. to 12 Noon Sunday, November 17. Double lane closure begins at 8 p.m. Friday.

 

Washington County

• MD 68 (Clear Spring Road) between US 11 (Potomac Street in Williamsport) and Pinesburg Road– Closed to remove debris from bridge – Saturday, November 17 and Sunday, November 18, between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day. Follow posted detour.

 

Queen Anne’s County

• Westbound US 50 over US 301 – Bridge rehabilitation project-left lane closed on westbound US 50.
