WHAT:

 
State Highway Administration’s (SHA) informational public meeting about the final phases of widening US 113 (Worcester Highway) between the Delaware State Line and Pocomoke City. Those who live, work and travel in the area are encourage to attend. The informational meeting will acquaint the public with the next two phases of the US 113 (Worcester Highway) widening.

Phase Three would widen US 113 from a two-lane undivided highway to a four-lane divided highway between north of Massey Branch to north of Five Mill Branch Road.

Phase Four would widen US 113 from a two-lane undivided highway to a four-lane divided highway between Five Mill Branch Road to north of MD 365 (Public landing Road).

Displays will be available and the SHA design team will answer questions.  Feel free to arrive at any time; there will be no formal presentation.

Wednesday, March 26, between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m.

Snow date: Wednesday, April 2.

(The meeting will be held on the snow date if county public schools are closed or if the county’s snow emergency plan is in effect.)
