• Outer loop of I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) ramp to northbound MD 170 (Camp Meade Road) – Concrete patching – Temporary ramp closure and detour from 9 p.m. Friday until 8 a.m. Sunday.

• MD 147 (Harford Road) between Dubois Avenue and Taylor Avenue – Special event/Parkville Fair – Harford Road to temporarily close on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

• MD 4 (The Thomas Johnson Bridge) – Routine bridge inspection – Single lane closure Saturday from 6 a.m. until noon. The rain date is Sunday with the same hours.

• MD 97 (Littlestown Pike) near Mayberry Road – Pipe replacement – MD 97 will be closed from 7 p.m. Friday until noon Saturday. Click here for more information.

• Northbound and southbound US 29 (Columbia Pike) between MD 175 and Seneca Drive – Roadway widening – Single lane closures Sundays through Thursday from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.

• Inner loop and outer loop of I-495 (Capital Beltway) between MD 650 (New Hampshire Avenue) and US 29 (Colesville Road) – Bridge Replacement - Single and double lane closures Sundays through Thursdays from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m.  

 

While SHA and its partners work hard to maintain safe traffic mobility in work zones, each driver needs to actively modify their driving style to help prevent crashes. Stay alert – look for reduced speed limits, narrow driving lanes and highway workers. Slow down and don't follow too closely. Safer Driving. Safer Work Zones. For everyone!
